Poultry Slaughter Training Courses
The HSA is holding a poultry slaughter course for small-scale seasonal producers, to include assessment for the necessary WATOK licence.
The course will take place on Wednesday 19 August 2026 at Berkshire Broilers, Birchin Inhams Farm, Wokingham RG40 3AP, from 09:30 to 17:00. If you wish to take part, please fill out the registration form below. Following registration the HSA will email you with instructions on how to apply to the APHA for the WATOK licence assessment. Shortly before the course trainees will be emailed with details of the final arrangements and housekeeping.
