HSA poultry course 31st October 2022

The HSA is holding a training course aimed at UK small-scale seasonal producers on Monday 31st October 2022 to cover capture, handling, restraint, stunning and slaughter of domestic fowl using hand-held, electrical stunning tongs and a demonstration of non-penetrating captive-bolt equipment.  Training is to be followed by WATOK assessment. Training by HSA; assessment for WATOK licences by APHA.

The course will be held in Arlington, East Sussex on 31st October 2022 between 9.30am and 5pm. Please complete the brief form below to express an interest in this course.
