Registration is now open. Delegates from companies with an annual turnover greater than £500k should use the registration fees indicated for corporate delegates. Students, trainees, and unwaged individuals should register at the student delegate rate. If you do not fall into one of these two categories, please use the registration fee for other delegates. Registrations cannot be accepted without payment in full.

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference for the two days, lunch and refreshments on both days and a drinks reception on the evening of 30th June 2022. HSA will be following best practice and the latest COVID guidance from the Scottish Government and that of the venue. Places will be limited, so please register early to ensure your place.  Please read the terms and conditions below before registering.

Terms and conditions

1. Full payment of the fee must be received before a delegate can be registered, and before 7th April to qualify for the early rate and only delegates who are registered can attend in person at the Royal College of Physicians Edinburgh.
2. Evening events can only be attended by delegates.
3. Registration is for an individual, not an institution, and is not transferable, unless this has been agreed in advance with HSA. Only the person named on the booking can be admitted to the event. Please contact us before the meeting if you need to transfer a booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
   a. If you cancel your booking:
   
   

   Time of cancellation before the event start date	Refund
   Before 30th May 2022	Full, minus £50 administration fee
   30th May to 15th June 2022	50% refund
   16th June 2022 or after	No refund

   
   
   b. Where HSA is unable to hold the HSA International Conference 2022, HSA will offer a refund of the face value of the registration fee. If you cannot attend due to COVID-19 restrictions implemented by a country other than the UK please cancel your registration – the cancellation policy detailed in section (4a) above will apply. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover such an eventuality.
5. HSA cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor for loss of, or damage to private property of delegates, either during or directly arising from attendance at the symposium. HSA cannot accept liability for expenses incurred as a result of cancellation of the meeting such as non-refundable travel or accommodation costs. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
